- The application helps employees stay up-to-date and involved in the organization’s activities and atmosphere, whether remotely, in a hybrid model, or in an office.
- With Viva Connections, all organization employees can easily participate and influence with their opinions, thus strengthening the virtual sense of trust and community.
- The application provides users easy access to content and communities created using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, and other Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft Viva Engage improves employee experience and engagement by providing them with easily accessible information and support
